FS: 08 BMW 328i 6 speed Price drop!! OBO
Edit:Car back up for sale Hey guys! Been browsing this forum now for a while! Now I am looking to get into something different maybe 335i? So: Up for sale is my 08 BMW 328i: -~102xxx miles (Daily driven so will rise) -White with black interior -6 speed manual -35% tint all around done by Tint Pros -Runs and drivers great -Oil changes every 5k miles with full-synthetic oil -Great daily driver, plenty of power for everyday use -Car has general arctic winter tires that were just put on in January that can be included Car is in very good shape (few blemishes from previous owner) When I bought the car I had a PPI done at Imola Motorsports (Enthusiast shop in MN). They found that it had no oil leaks whatsoever including the VCG, suspension is in no need of replacing. The car needed the cam chain tensioner needed replacing. That was done immediately, they also found a very small shift seal leak-was told no need to worry about it as it's very small. Otherwise all maintenance up to date! asking $12,300 OBO ![]() IMGP1438 by psivets, on Flickr ![]() IMGP1457 by psivets, on Flickr ![]() IMGP1463 by psivets, on Flickr ![]() IMGP1468 by psivets, on Flickr ![]() IMGP1482 by psivets, on Flickr ![]() IMGP1493 by psivets, on Flickr ![]() IMGP1487 by psivets, on Flickr ![]() IMGP1486 by psivets, on Flickr Thanks for looking! My 0.2
I would include maintenance history in your fore sale post; has the VCG, water pump, suspension been replaced? These are all issues that will require service around your mileage mark and would be very skeptical about buying for 15K if these haven’t already been performed. Maybe not the suspension but defiantly the VCG ($600-800) and water pump ($800-1100). Looks real clean, price might be a bit high w/o sports package and the maintenance history However, Best of Luck! |

Thanks for the advice.
I purchased this car two months ago and am looking to get into something else (335i or something similar) as I cannot tinker with this without throwing a bunch of money into it (supercharger or turbo). I'm in no need to sell it just want something to screw around with more or less. When I bought the car I was not able to retain any of the service records so I only have the carfax (ill see if I can dig it up) and the PPI that I had done at a very reputable shop here in Minnesota (Imola Motorsports). I can have this shop look over the car again at the time of purchasing for the buyer if requested. When they looked over it, it had no oil leaks whatsoever, suspension is in no need of replacing. The only thing they found that is a negative is the cam chain tensioner needed replacing which was done immediately and a very small shift seal leak-was told no need to worry about it as it's very small. I appreciate the input and will edit my post above. Overall it is an excellent car Thanks Last edited by psiv92; 03-03-2014 at 04:02 PM.. |
