Is there a leakege??

I have 2006 323i e90, and around in december i did an oil change at dealer. After that bmw screen monitor requested me to add 1l of oil maybe 1,5 month from that date. Around 1-2 weeks ago i added 1 more l of oil as was requested and at dealer, and now it asks me again to add 1l more. What do you think guys is there a problem with sensors? Or leakeage? Any help will be really appreciated
Thanks

This is a lot of oil. You probably have a leak. Inspect the engine bay with a flash light. If you see black grime or soot deposits, these are oil leaks. There are a number of problem spots, search for oil filter housing gasket, valve cover gasket and oil pan gasket to find pictures.

You may also want to check that the fill and drain plugs are closed, since that happens after a service. That would not be a first that the shop forget them open.
