I'd be interested in the rubber floor mats as well as the trunk lip pending pics.
Not sure about your damages and what the dealer will do about that. The rim they might charge you as well as the headlight depending if the guy you deal with is a dick or not. Uhm have you tried buffing out the scuffs on the headlight? |

Is the performance knob and boot for an AT? If so I am interested .
Also how much for intake (assuming its for a N55) and rear trunk mat? Location? |

what do u mean by rear trunk lip? do u have a performance low/high kick spoiler ? m3 spoiler ?

wheels would be an issue about $100 per wheel (from my experience), headlights are not a big deal

You'll be contacted before the lease is up (usually ~2-3 months) about getting a lease-end inspection. Items you need to resolve will come up then. They will most likely care about the wheel damage; the other items you mentioned seem pretty minor and might go unnoticed.
Something that won't go unnoticed is worn tires; check your tread depth (also note they must be BMW approved tires). If the lease is through BMW FS (e.g. you make payments to them), then I imagine it would go back to a dealership. Ask the leasing company if you are still unsure.
