Has anyone had this done? my bonnet looks like it's been sprayed with bullets from the A-Team (stone chips) no idea what a decent paint shop charges for this though?

Or I my other plan was to find one in better condition 2nd hand.

Yes I've had mine resprayed matey and couldn't have been happier. The respray will probably be as much as a used bonnet, which you have no history of and could also be chipped here and there.

Go for a respray. You won't regret it

How much was yours? from looking at 2nd hand ones none of them are "mint" and all cost 200 plus

mine is in the bodyshop at the mo having stonechips done but having other bits and bobs done at the same time so no idea on what the actual bonnet would be cost wise but IMO its better than buying a used bonnet

I got my wheels refurbed a few weeks ago, and asked the guy how much he would want to do the bonnet.. £180.

Thats from a small-ish body shop but they are fairly busy and do a decent job.

I think the price can vary massively depending on where you go, so anywhere between £150 and £400
