JB4 Map 6
does anybody have a nice custom setup they willing to share on map 6. Looks like the stock settings for map6 are a lil better then map2. I usually run map 5, but map 2 pulls a lil harder up top, as map5 pulls a lil harder down low.
mods are.. DCI, dwn pipes, er charge pipe, rb pcv

I normally run map 2 for daily driving. When I need that extra punch, I switch to map 5. It definitely has more power than Map 2 (at the beginning at least). Peak is also higher initially.
I personally haven't played with Map 6 at all. Good luck though.

Fellow n54 here wondering the same thing. I did tinker with it a lil but I'm not 100% on what I'm doing. I looking on n54tech.com and got no info there either. I've just went watching my logs. But not 100% on what I'm looking at

it seems everyone talks about map6 with meth.
I too am interested with map6 settings for a no meth setup. My hope is that there is a more aggressive way to set it up than map2,5. In addition, what sort of boost would be max for stock turbo's running 98ron, in up to 32 degrees C? |

Map 2 with octane booster logs are still average For a more aggressive tune you need E85 and the appropriate flash to see more gains Last edited by Brule; 03-12-2014 at 07:20 AM.. |
