Intake

I am preparing to return my car back to stock before I bring it in to the dealership. My question was whether the gap in my intake is normal? Am I putting it back wrong?

Would need a bit of a broader shot to know for sure. It's really only going to fit one way, but make sure you tucked the back portion of the intake cover in with the tabs so they clear the tab brackets.

You should feel a bit of a click to know you cleared them.

Also be sure the lip of the rubber gasket of the intake filter is snug around the edges of the intake housing bottom. If you're seeing orange, it probably isn't.

Make sure that the tabs in the back slide into their slots, before closing the front portion.

Edit: once they're in, it forms a hinge.
