It's actually one of the lower costing ones. Maybe just under middle tier. Most of the others ones I was interested in or owned were over $1700. The PE was maybe $1250 new from tischer?

LOVE my N55 6-spd too man. Wouldn't have it any other way. I've got the ar design catless with the PE as well. BEST sound ever. I'm not running any engine management so I'm expecting my check engine light to come on soon lol oh well. I love shifting into the next gear at 6k rpm and hearing that pop once I get back on the throttle. fucking SWEET. You running Cobb or JB4?

Well, yes. FMIC would benefit.
If you really wanted me to crack it down, I'd list it all. I think as far as needs go what I listed with FMIC would be it. The intake out the N55 wouldn't be as beneficial as the N54.

Hey guys noobie here I got my 335xi sedan with an auto trans and I'm kicking myself in the butt that I didn't get 6spd but I have to make the best of it. Will the bmw PE sound just as good with the auto trans or should I be looking for a different exhaust?

I bought cobb today. Planning to do downpipe and protune within the next week or two. Then I'll just get revision if I do the fmic. It's cold enough out right now. Coilover and wheels are on the list to get next, waiting on pricing now and then will make my decision. |

I feel terrible trying to resurrect an old thread, but how is the smell with the BMW PE and the Catless DP? I have a muffler delete now and love the sound but a DP is my next mod and I feel I need something with a muffler to not be even more obnoxious sound wise.
