Mech says I need new module- can a DIY install this?
People,
Finally got the news- need a new "module" he said, not sure exactly what module (is there more than 1?). Will talk to him in detail tomorrow, but to be prepared, is this the ECM? Can one do this himself without a scan tool? otherwise, I may have to have him do the whole job.......Anyone know the $$ of a module? thnaks! |

depends on the module thats being replaced, some are just plug and play and some are involved with programming to your vehicle... As to what module you speak of I never heard of such name.. Whats the issue with your car why you were told that it is a module at fault?
