Chicago Battery Reprogram

I need to reprogram my car after installing a new battery. Anyone know where I can get this done other than the dealership in the chicagoland area?

A & L and A-spec can't so any other suggestions?

Why do you need the whole car programmed? Or do you mean register battery to the vehicle?

you should be able to do it with the bavtech tool

We can but would charge $40 to do it and we are about 45 min from downtown but could pair it with a walnut blast and it would be worth the drive.

Same here, I need the battery registered in my X5 (e70). Perhaps the guy above and myself could meet whoever has a cable and software and the two of us could throw you a couple of bucks to make it worth your while.

i just swapped out the battery in my car and been driving it for like 100+ miles without it registered. I wonder if it still needs to be done? Its the non agm, i installed an O'Reilleys battery in it, its been working fine.

I can code batteries. I live downtown Chicago. It should be done or else your battery won't charge correctly and will likely ruin it. Will die much sooner.
