Just Installed PSS9s
Ok, I just installed PSS9s on my E90 335i. I havent had much of a chance to test them, but I have some initial observations and so far Im quite pleased. I set them to roughly H&R Sport height, and the damping settings I took from S4to335 with setting of 6 front and 4 rear. I had the alignment set based on Orbs recommendation in another thread.
I took a spirited drive yesterday through the back roads in my area and the car felt very planted. There was little body lean, even on large sweeping turns where I always had some, even with Eibach/FSDs on my first E90. The ride is surprisingly smoother considering the stiffness, especially on rough patches. There are times when its smoother than FSD/Eibach, but there are other times that it is not, but even when not, its not punishing at all. One concern I do have is at highway cruise. The car feels much more "touchy" that it did before, and more so than my other car with FSD/Eibach. I am not sure if its due to the damping settings or the alignment, and maybe its just me needing to get used to the new setup. Maybe having the rear that much stiffer than the front has induced more oversteer than I like, I dunno, someone chime in if you have any ideas. At slower corners I dont notice problem at all, but turn in has become VERY sharp. So thats my initial impression, and I will keep you guys posted as get more time with it.

I had PSS9's installed on my 335i. The shop put the alignment back to spec for my car. I agree with every thing you said above. I did notice the "touchy" response on the freeway. To me it's because the steering responds faster now. The only problem I have now is when I drive other cars. It makes me realize how damn good the 335i is with a good set of coilovers.

Do you get used to the touchiness? I would imagine you do.

Was the alignment shop / dealer able to replicate the settings Orb suggested? With the toe-in settings he suggested I would think that the car isn't too touchy...
I went with similar settings that he recommended but changed it up a little bit. I ran a little bit less toe-in up front, and less negative camber in the rear. I wanted a bit more even tire wear (80 mile commute per day, highway), and I thought I'd try a less aggressive rear alignment first instead of installing a rear sway bar. Now, my car feels very neutral on the street but I'll have to test at the limit stuff at the track / autox. Good to hear they're working out though.

Yea, but youre a pro and im a joe shmoe
I have to say though, that the car really "digs" around corners, but the high speed ones still have me nervous.

You'll be fine. BTW, I am not a pro...just someone that has more laps in the pool.

They said they did it according to Orbs specs. Can the toe-in affect the touchyiness?

I paid too much, I got them from a local distributor, but I was in a hurry You can do much better from our vendors here at the site. Or I hear eshocks.com has em at a good price.

UPDATE:
Well, I just had my minor height adjustment and now both sides are more equal. I also had the guy soften the ride by 1 click, so Im now at 7 front and 5 rear, and I have to tell you its awesome. The ride is smoother than stock in most situations, and yet its still more tight, firm, has less body roll, and well, its just fantastic. It feels like having my car back again. I also have to say that it rides smoother than Eibach/FSD & H&R Rear Sway, and seems to handle better as well. I dont know if I will be getting the rear sway on this car as I did on my last.

So are you still feeling nervous at high speeds or did your adjustment take care of that too?

I get more feeling in the seat of my pants than I did when it was stiffer. I do thank S4to335 for posting his settings as it gave a good starting point to tweak from.

Since the front is easy to adjust, I would try 6 / 5 and see how that works. It should tighten the front and provide a bit less oversteer. Make sure that your tire pressures are where you want them too.

Tire pressures good.
Im gonna try out this new setting a bit first, then if the front is not as tight as Id like, I will put it back to 6.

When you adjusted the ride height, did you re-align? Height adjustments will throw off alignments again... Kinda sucks but that's kinda how it is I guess.

No, I didnt align. It was like a quarter inch on the right side, nothing major.
