I already have a remap, can i add JB4?
Hello,
I have a dillema. I have an n54 remaped to around 340hp. I bought the car with the remap already on. Can i still add a JB4? is this compatible with the remap i already have, or will it blow my engine up? ) I do not care much about gains over 360hp, but like the JB4 functionality. Should i give up the remap and switch to JB4 if the two are incompatible? |

it will not work properly most likely.
my buddy had the Dinan remap, and he had to get it removed to work right since it was interfering. doesnt seem like what your looking for but a COBB would work since it removed the current map and loads a different one. there is a slight chance it will work, but the main issue seems to be that JB4 failsafes will kick in alot bc of the incompatibility |

It's called stacking and if you really want to make power you will end up stacking at some point in time.
I have my own race flash that I developed last year. That flash (remap) along with the JB4 or PROcede makes a lot of power. A lot more than stand alone. Get the JB4 and if you run into any issues, let us know and more than likely someone will have an answer. Good luck. |

I was cautious myself. I have an aggressive custom flash done to my n54 and has no stock map. I installed JB4 and no problems. I too wanted the functions. Install it and enjoy.
