Spent two hours to install ER CP today. What a pain, German engineering, everything is so tight in the engine room. I ended up removed the cowl, the PS reservoir and bracket in order to put the CP in place.
Went out for a test drive, everything worked out well. The Tial BOV is so quite, I can only hear a little "woosh" at around 5-6k rpm, otherwise, it's so quite. I'm happy with this upgrade

I just installed a new ER charge pipe with Tial bov today on my 2007 335i and it stays about 1/4 open at idel. If this is a spring issue,is there a diy to get in there and either change it or shim it? Should I try some silicone spray on the o-ring or some oil or something? Could it just be sticking? Thanks
