What Happened to my Radio?
Scenario: I press a preset button, say button 2 to listen to Sirius channel 51. I used to be able to hit the up or down station button and the Sirius channel would go to either 52 or 50. NOW, for some reason, it goes to a different radio preset, so it might be FM, it might be another SAT channel, etc. However, where it goes up or down does NOT coincide with the preset numbering displayed in the NAV screen (i.e. if button 2 coincides with preset 16 for SAT channel 51, if I hit the down arrow, it does not go to whatever is in preset 15, it might actually coincide with something in preset 19)
It's so weird and happened literally out of nowhere. How do I get it to go back to the way it was?? Setup: Comfort access, Logic 7, NAV display. Recently put a new battery in my keyfob, but I think this started happening after that. Nothing else changed that I am aware of. |

Figured it out. Had to press the radio button, move the controller to SAT radio. Now when I press channel up or down, it goes up and down the SAT channel list, even if I'm actually back on the NAV screen, just like before. Somehow I must have ended up on the preset screen, or some other screen, which caused the "problem" in the first place. It's a smart, but dumb feature all in one.
