Is this an easy swap out with the standard e92 headliner?

I have a 2011 328i LCI e92 and would love to swap the grey out for this black but not sure if I would need an assortment of additional M3 specific fitments to make the conversion.

No conversion needed. Its a direct swap. I did the same thing to my 2007 E92
