I've been meaning to write a post to warn people about ordering from Lux.
I received the first pair with one of the light was missing the LEDs themselves, I called customer service they avoided responsibility but if I want I can send them back and they'd repair it for free. Not wanting to pay the customs fee and wait again. I just ordered another one and they of course happily aggreed.
the next pair came and one of them didn't have the wiring connectors. with a sigh I just fixed the problem myself. As for the look ..they're not as bright as I want them to be and they have a slight yellow tinge to them. I'm disappointed.

The only possible way a the light coujd be damaged is from inpropper handling or during installation. I personally ship out and inspect each of then before they go in the mail, so please don't try and out blame on me. The dome of the led can only be ripped of by sheer verticals force applied directly to it. This would not happen in shipping either because they are safely wrapped

As for color, the LEDs they are rated at 6500k. They are designed to matches the OEM headlights perfectly , and from the picture it appears that way also. If you are not happy please contact me directly.

They actually look pretty nice in the picture. IMO at least.

I have just installed Lux Angel Eyes and mine are very white and have no yellow tinge. I'm satisfied with mine. Although your picture isn't close enough to show it, perhaps it the headlight lenses? They look very good to me from your picture.

They actually look pretty good to me in terms of color match..As for the other issues I can vouch for Mark as he is a stand up guy and make it right
