Greetings.

I am looking to switch to an M3 Sedan, and so I am considering either private party selling or trading in my beloved 2007 335i. I am the original owner, picked it up MAR 2007, and it has been regularly serviced. I am a non-smoker, no pets, and have taken as good care of it as I can. Car has been garage kept, bought in Boston in 2007 and come to Chicago in 2009. I have original window sticker.

Condition is very good to excellent. Clear bra has protected the exterior, excellent condition of the leatherette without tears or stains and minor wear along the aluminum trim around the shifter.

Disclosures:
- small ding (3 cm) on the corner of the front bumper on the driver’s side
- 2 dings on the passenger rear wheel (see below)
- Error on instrument cluster due to LED back-up lights (have hyperwhite and original incandescent bulbs if requested)

As for major services, I have had 3 fuel pump replacements, last one at 49K miles right before warranty ended, and replaced wastegate actuators at 52K miles by dealership. In 2010, my wife scratched the passenger side of the car and I used that as an opportunity to paint and install the rear bumper and side skirts at the same time.

I have an extended warranty for 2 years as of April 2014, can include at cost ( I am planning on obtaining refund on unused portion on sale of car).

I am located just north of Chicago. I am unfamiliar with shipping Private Sales, but am willing to work with people. Any questions or comments appreciated.

I would like to sell the car to an enthusiast as a whole, price is negotiable. Gonna post on Autotrader in a couple days.

I am looking to sell within the next month, if I dont get a bite, then I will be willing to part out some of the items. I dont have prices right now, but I will contact people in the order that I was contacted. I will admit that swapping the exhaust will be on the buyer, as I do not have the facilities to swap exhaust myself. All work on the car was done at A&L/IND, and they are very reasonable and good with installation.

Example of the items willing to part if I don't sell the car:
AE Performance Quad exhaust (will sell with CF diffuser if MTech bumper is not purchased)
Original Style 162 (18” Sport Package wheels) with Blizzaks LM tires
Blackline tailights (I may need to swap with originals if I do not find mine)
MTech rear bumper if exhaust sold separately, will need original bumper
Roof spoiler
Black front grille

Thanks man. A couple of people have asked about the CF diffuser. I really cannot part it out if nobody takes the exhaust. Apparently AE performance no longer makes quads for the E90.
