E 90 Headlight Condensation help

I was wondering if anyone can tell me if it is possible to fix or seal my headlamps. Both headlamps get condensation inside them when I wash my car or sometimes when it rains. If these cant be repaired, can anyone recommend where i could buy some decent aftermarket headlamps with no amber turn sigs. I have Oems on a 2006 330i.

reseal with a silicone RTV.
