I will sell it for $0.00, the dealer will sell it for $36,975 plus dealers fees (not making a penny on this deal)

I have not yet bought the car, but it will be ready for PDC @ SC 11/28/2007
I am selling the allocation for the car, all paperwork will be done by the dealer, it will be considered new. I no longer want to buy it but the dealer told me to find someone so I can get my deposit back (since its PDC)

All financing will be done with the BMW dealer, all I doing is telling him that Mr./Mrs XXXX is buying the car I ordered for the same price. I have a $1000 refundable downpayment, I just dont to screw the dealer since the car is being shipped directly to South Carolina instead of MD.
