instrument cluster help needed

I just had my instrument cluster converted into M3 style. It worked flawlessly before but after the conversion it's completely dead.
I have tried mounting it in another car here it worked fine and I tried another cluster in my car. It was also completely unresponsive.
I tried to unhook the ground on the battery. I also checked fuse 74 and 21 they looked fine.

Anybody have any idea how to fix the problome???
