Fixing Interior Rattles & Squeaks

I have two VERY annoying rattling noises coming from the front left side of my dash (sounds like it is behind the far left HVAC vent) and in the back on the passenger side. Does anyone have a shop they have used with good results? I am a little cautious with having just any shop start ripping apart my interior as I fear it will just make the situation worse. I was thinking of DIY'ing this but wouldn't even have a clue where to start. These sounds are driving me nuts, please help!!

I started having the same issue sporadically, and I believe we drive the same model/Year. I will have more time next month to try to figure the source out. as for DIY'ing I am not good at it so most likely I will have to pay for the solution.
