Electrical HELP!!! A/C and heated seat not working!!!!

A/C and heated seat not working!!!! 2007 335i coupe, the entire panel below the radio stopped working, including A/C heated seats, and fans, I checked the fuse, they look fine to me, not sure if its the electrical plug is loose, please helppp!!!! thank you in advance
