I've been lead to believe that it's fine as long as the diameter is the same the whole way round -- do a search... there are plenty of xi's here running a stag setup (19x8.5 front 19x9.5 rear). Tires depend...usually people run 265/275 in the back and 235 in the front

The 18" sport package wheels are a staggered setup, so if BMW offers it then it must be fine. I hope so, because I have it!

235/35/19 Front
265/30/19 OR 275/30/19 Rear Many XIs on this board are running those right now with no problems. * Knock on wood* I am currently running on my E90 335xi 235/35/19 F 265/30/19 R Note: Next spring I will be switching to 275/30/19 in the rear because the diameter is nearly identical. Currently the difference between F and R is .9% |

in order to keep the rotational dimensions within .2% this is what i will be running on my future Morr's:
225/35/19 265/30/19 This mimics my current SP 18" setup (also .2% difference)
