Another dealer offered me this price:

MSRP: $46425
$45,000 for the car incl. destination, acquisition, MACO, and training fees
$100 Dealer Processing
$2255 5% MD tax
Tags $195

Everything will be rolled into the montly lease payments. ~$1500 due at signing for first month and security deposit. 0 down.

I think this is a decent deal, what do you guys think? The net cap cost is lower than the other dealer's best offer by $444.

You mentioned your first deal as $44605. Now you have an offer for $45000. Am I missing something?

yea, you're missing all the dealer fees. It old offer was $44605 plus $100 document, $825 acquisition, $115 tags totaling $45645

The new deal includes all of that.

I like to calculate the out the door price, then figure out the lease numbers.
So using your numbers, this is what I come up with:

335i coupe 37535
Sport 1000
Nav 1910
CA 455
Ipod 365
ZCW 685
Dest 775
-------------
Invoice 42725
Dlr Fees 1555 (training, MACO, profit)
=============
Total 44280 (plus tags and acquisition = $45100)
Tax 2214 (my dealer didn't charge tax on Acquisition and tags)
Tags 195
------------
46689 OTD (My goal is usually to get "Out the Door"=MSRP)

Lease Specifics
----------------
$625 Acquisition
Buy Rate MF

So cap cost 47314 (46689 OTD + 625 Acquisition)
MSRP 46425
MF (Oct) .00235
Residual 58% (15k/yr/3yr)
Pmt would be $740.78
First Pmt $1490.78

OR

With 7 MSDs (MF .00186)
Pmt would be $704.41
First Pmt $6704.41 ($6000 refundable)

There is a chance that the MF will fall by delivery (Dec), and that can only help...

With 7 MSDs.......
Base MF=.00225 => PMT $696.98 ($6296.98) - $5600 deposit
Base MF=.00215 => PMT $689.56 ($6289.56) - $5600 deposit
Base MF=.00205 => PMT $682.13 ($6282.12) - $5600 deposit
Base MF=.00195 => PMT $674.71 ($6274.71) - $5600 deposit

Without MSDs
Base MF=.00225 => PMT $733.36 ($1483.36)
Base MF=.00215 => PMT $725.94 ($1475.94)
Base MF=.00205 => PMT $718.51 ($1468.51)
Base MF=.00195 => PMT $711.09 ($1461.09)

Based on all this, assuming these numbers are in line with your offer, I think $1555 profit for the dealer is a good deal. I would buy it.
