Rear console removal?!

Do I need to remove the whole rear console to get to part no. 9?!

I scratched it carrying a TV stand! I want to tidy it up or just replace it.

Can't find a DIY that goes that far, hoping it's not a full pain in the arse...

Should just pop out, it'll be held in by a million clips and be very very tight.

Part no 9 is just clipped in put a screw driver under Neath ant prise it up and will come out

Cheers bud, will give it a try! In the past I've been known to go in a little heavy handed so don't want to pull something out that is fixed!!

Got the part number for a grey one and just rang a BMW dealer....... £120 they want!!!

Thanks mate, took it apart tonight. Rubbed it down and going to see how it comes out with a couple of coats of plastidip on it before I take yours. Appreciate the help and offer!

Big thanks to D Sport....

Got the trim at the weekend and fitted it straight away. Cleaned up the interior nicely and looks so much better!

Now to get on with titdying up the exterior!!
