E90 Performance CF diffuser - eBay
For anyone that is wondering. I have bought 85% of my car parts off eBay which I call my budget build. As far as vender stuff I have bought I am disappointed not only for the fact that there stuff is usually higher in price but the quality isn't any better than the parts I got from eBay. Especially referring to cf parts.
So I bought my diffuser from this seller: http://www.ebay.com/itm/06-08-BMW-E9...item258cd4c69d it was just a tad over $300 shipped for the quad exhaust version I got. 1st impressions it was shipped all the way from Taiwan in a weeks time. (Sonic tuning took 3 weeks on a damn Greyhound bus to get my cal trunk. But that was the least of my worries with that vender.) It arrived in a wooden box. Completely satisfied with the shipping quality and packaging. The CF weave is very nice looking and I don't see any imperfections or where they married 2 pieces to wrap the entire diffuser. So with shipping and first impressions I am happy with the price I payed. Now i am in on the install process before I paint my rear bumper. I compared the CF diffuser with the oem one, and the oem diffuser has a nice curve along the diffuser and the CF one is not as curved and straight. Thats about the most obvious difference at that point. Ive heard that installing these diffusers can be tricky and yes I can see. But I had to do a little trimming on the inside of the bumper and the diffuser corners. If someone is looking for a direct fit this won't be the way to go. But if you have time and are good at working on things yourself or have a body shop do the work this wasn't a bad purchase. The closest diffuser I could find was $450 + $40 shipping. I will keep updating. Hopefully painting the bumper tomorrow. Then install this weekend.

Dude I am having a hard time as you. I'll ultimately have to have a body shop do my install. http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=977819

Trimmed the bumper mostly for fitment. The inner lip got trimmed on the curved area of the diffuser to sit inside the bumper like its supposed to. The top of the diffuser itself just needed to be sanded down a little bit to get it flush. I am overall happy with my purchase.
