gloss black wrap
Has anyone had experience with avery or 3m gloss black wrap? ive been told it scratches really easily, i just want to cover up the chrome trim, and wrap the mirror caps, maybe do the roof too... please i need to know asap. I just want it to match certain gloss black oem parts. If the scratching is very minor then that might be ok i guess

Yes, it scratches easily but only minor. I wrapped the roof of my X3 & I'm using whatever cloth I can grab to clean it & the scratches doesn't bother me at all.

My trim is wrapped in Avery gloss black and hasn't scratched. It's been about 6 months.

Avery SC900 is more scratch resistant than 3M 1080 Gloss black...
I have used both and the 3M material is much harder to work with....Not only is it more scratch prone...but when you lift the vinyl to stretch and lay it down again it leaves lines and marks where you lifted that heat wont fix...I did my roof and window trim in 3m 1080 gloss black and honestly I recommend the Avery SC900 cast vinyl to you
