Does 335is 19" rim (313 style) fits 09 xdrive perfectly without traction issue?

Yes, just stick to 225/35/19 front and 255/30/19 rear.

Or upsize BUT stick with front-to-rear diameter difference under 1% - use tool above.

I run 245/35/19s and 275/30/19s on my 313s without any issues but this combo is just over 1%. You could very safely run 235/35/19 and 275/30/19s - only 0.077% difference.
