Best dealer for service in Milwaukee?
I would like to take my car in for the VANOS bolts recall work + general check up.
I have read very bad reviews about International BMW and would like to get any additional feedback of service work done at International, is it as bad as the reviews? Anyone has experience with Concourse BMW? Thanks, |

Concours blows, and whenever I call either they are snotty on the phone. You can't get through to the parts department ever and they aren't very helpful. Since it should be free, I guess just go for either... For other things that you have to pay, I would suggest Kummrow. It's a father son shop and they will take good care of you.

I'm on my third BMW and all have been serviced at Concours. I ordered the first 135i they delivered back in 2008 and other two were used purchases from out of state. Service has always be over the top.
If still under warranty dealer visit is the best. Ask for Scott in service and tell him David with the white 335is refer you to him. Good Luck. |

Thank you for the feedback.
It is a mixed bag, I got positive feedback from James (forum member) for International. The best route is to try both and see what works best. |
