I have a question for you. In your earlier FS thread with the pic of the blackbox and harnesses, I saw that there were a few wiretaps on several of the wires... is this unit plug and play (like a procede or AA xede install where you pull out wires and intercept them) or do you have to tap into oem wires with wiretaps? Any info is appreciated, and bump for a great price!

How do you upload maps to it, and where do you get the maps? I can't find much info on this unit...

I knew i had seen that pic before...ya that does make me a bit leary about the install...Ive also noticed youve tried to sell this a few times did it throw CEL's on your car??

bump - and yes those are wire taps. It is very simple to install and i guess if you're asking, you should not try it yourself and have a local shop install it. The wiring diagram is very simple

Yeah, either that or you could actually read my post next time.

I know what wire taps are, I want to know if you need to tap into the factory harness with them and have it look like a hack job or if you have harnesses so that it is plug and play like an AA xede or Procede install. There are about 5 people on this forum running this piggyback and none have commented on the install, including you, but from your other post I guess you had a shop install it for you so maybe you don't know.
