Looking for updated reference on SA at rallye BMW
Did a search and did not find anything updated.
Looking for a SA that will help on a modded car. I am looking to buy extended warranty through them also.

Talk to Adam Romano and tell him Scott Smith (the iPhone kid) referred you. I'm not sure if what his deal is with modded cars but he is a really great guy and has been good to me

I keep hearing that Dennis over at Rallye is mod friendly or I think Rallye overall is mod friendly. A friend of mine is FBO and he just drops his car as if he didn't have anything on.

They knew I was modded and stated jb4 was to blame putting wear on the wires when installing and needed to perform a 300 repair on the wires. When that didn't work they realized it was behind the odb2 port the wires backed out which was exactly where I asked them to check......that fixed it. Oh, and they were the last ones to use the odb2 port previous to the issue. The when I got the car home they has never even repaired the wires I had paid for. Fuck rallye I wouldn't let them even run a service report on my car for fear of them screwing me over, I go to habberstatd Huntington and I live in NYC. |

Really? I did not know that. I went based off what I've seen previously when people ask these kind of questions always read that he was the guy. I personally I've dealt with Rallye when I was under warranty and they always treated me fair if not better in all honesty. I had Dennis once as my SA but that was it so I can't comment much just for the simple fact what I requested got taken care of. Funny thing is that I went to Habberstad BMW for the battery recall with one of the wires and they thought I was making this up! They said they never heard of such thing or recall and that if I wanted to go ahead for them to inspect the problem that it'll run me in the thousands if they found anything not only was I under warranty they wanted to charge me too! Crooks I tell ya they even charge me for a damn soccer mom van as a loaner lol HORRIBLE. Went over to Rallye with no question or request it was all taken care of. I guess it all comes down to who you deal with and how you deal with it. Some people suggest tipping off your SA and the one that's working on your car others don't agree. I guess it's one of those situations where you just need to take that chance. |

I've never had a problem at Rallye. I've always gone through Matt he's the best, though now he is the manager of the department. It probably doesn't hurt that my girlfriend's mother is the title clerk lol. Overall they seem pretty lax from what I've seen, in my experience it seems like they're willing to work with you.
FYI Matt put me with a newer guy named Patt. No comment yet but so far seems like a good guy. |

I'm going in to see Gianni Marini @ Rallye tomorrow for worn rotors. He was recommended by one of the sales advisers. Hopefully I can get my rotors replaced.

Normally my experience with Rallye has been excellent. This time has been a little different. The engine malfunction light came on so I called to schedule and appointment. My assigned SA Chris was professional and pleansant. That being said, I NEVER got update calls/emails from him on my vehicle!!?? I always had to call to get a status. . I have EasyCare and i'm aware someone has to come out to approve the coverage before determining what's next. But just let me know that
On the positive side there were some other issues that needed to be addressed so I should be good to go once I get my Baby back. Thank God I had the good sense to get a loaner I would have been w/o a car for a week. I'm still waiting for pick up my car. It should be ready by Friday. I think the key is who your SA is. In the past i've had Brett, Kevin and James. They were all pleasant, professional and keep you in the loop. Isn't that part of why we have BMWs' ??? I'm just saying.... Overall I have nothing bad to say |

So I've called multiple times, sent an email for purchasing extended warranty and still did not receive a call back. Is there any other dealer out there?

I thought Dennis at Rallye was cool until he tried to upsell me to change my oil filter gasket and valve cover gasket for over 1k stating they caused the water pump to fail. Rallye also somehow killed my steering wheel module when they changed my turbos.
