What is the 65410412881 IPod retrofit kit?

My dealer told me he can add it to my 335i e90 iDrive (due in 7 days). Anyone heard of it? I googled it and found no info on it. Searched the forums and only found info on the 65410427467 which is a different part number.

Only info I had from him was that the CD Changer (std in my car) will not work with this retrofit kit installed, but I don't care about CD Changer.

Update: After more searching, found this found this link, but it says its for the e60:

1) Is this fitted in the armrest or the glovebox?

2) Will I see track/playlist information in the iDrive screen?

3) Will it charge the iPod while in use?

Did anyone around here was able to get this? I called my local BMW dealer in Northern California and they said this is discontinued part number.
