BMW E90 Bluetooth, CD Changer and TV not working
I took my BMW E90 325i SE (2005) for a spin on Saturday only to find the Bluetooth had stopped working. Upon investigating further, I found the CD changer and TV function was no longer working either.
In addition, the mode selection lights on the automatic gearbox have also stopped working, you know the P has a light next to it when you have the car in Park mode. The car has had not issues at all and there were no signs of electrical failure. I have researched and found a link to why the bluetooth and CD changer don't work (see below) but don't seem to be able to find anything that explains why the TV function has stopped working and why the lights on the gearbox have disappeared. http://www.e90post.com/forums/showth...6#post15976986 I have checked to see if the fuses are out, I found an article that stated fuse #17 should be replaced as it sends power to the TCU / MULF but upon checking the fuse box there was no fuse in that slot so I'm even more confused about how these features have been working until now. I have the same MULF as the person who has submitted the pictures above but there was no mention of why the TV function was no longer working. Could someone please advise me on how I should proceed. Also, it would help if you could tell me what fuse I need to check for the gearbox lights. Thanks. |
