Coding needed in Orlando
I've searched and I've PMed with no responses. Wondering of you guys can point me in the right direction thx.
Got Recaro sportsters and would like to turn off the airbag and seatbelt lights. |

It's not hard if you read about it. All you need is a $100 good ODB cable. Updated software and a laptop. Pull the dashboard module i believe and the options to disable the seat airbags are called : sidebag_links sidebag_rechts (set to nicht_aktiv)
the option to disable the seat occupancy sensor both contain "oc3" (set to nicht_aktiv)

I do coding in Orlando area also, so far pre 09 model only.
I met xxxjecxxx, its a nice dude, came over the other day to my home to resolve a problem with my e93, we couldn't solve it because it was simply impossible... Needed to replace my TCU. PM me if interested Last edited by OrlandoBimmer; 02-05-2013 at 07:08 PM.. |

So many people in central Florida you guys need to come down to south Florida! Haha. To the OP, make sure you find someone who knows what they are doing. There are alot of "coders" out there but you want to find someone who is knowledgeable and knows what they are doing. Messing around in the airbag module blindly following generic instructions online is an easy way to get yourself hurt or killed in the event of an accident
