E46 Wheels on an E90?

Folks,
I have an 2007 E90 335i Sedan and I found a set of E46 wheels with winter tires locally. I was wondering about the fitment.
1. Will the 17 inch wheels will clear the brake rotors of the 335i?
2. Does the offset of an E46 wheel match the required offset on a E90 335i?

To sum up?
My car - 2007 E90 335i Sedan with ZSP.
Wheels/Tires - 17 inch wheels from an E46 330i with 205/50/17 tires.

Here are the wheels in question..

OEM e46 wheels? Offset?

In general OEM e46 wheels has a high offset that needs spacers on the e90.

These are OEM e46 wheels..They seem to look like the Style 73 wheels with an ET of 47. They are 17x7 wheels..
Found the pics at http://felgenkatalog.auto-treff.com/

Since these are 17x7 with a 47 offset,it looks like I might be able to get away without a spacer.. Any thoughts?
Will these 17s clear my brake rotors?

17's will not clear 335i brake calipers.

I would say if you want to run high offset rims, you will definitely need spacers. How thick depends on the rims. To give you an example, I'm running 135 style 264 wheels. Et 49 front and Et 52 rear, yes I know. I have 20mm front spacers and rear is 37mm. I had the rears custom made by Motorsport Technology ( great job ). No problems so far, no shaking, no shimmy, super straight. Does it worth it? Mmmmm, for snows, I don't think so. But if you see some high offset rims that you have to have it, it can be done.
