I did request to see the work order, so I would know if it was a scratch or shipping damage or if it was just the sat radio. Looks like i'll be getting it next sunday. 1 more week wouldn't kill, the suspense might.

Dammit i shouldn't have ordered sat radio hehe jk.
I got sat radio and it is currently on its way to Seattle. I just got a call from my CA and I might be able to pick it up this Sat if I'm lucky. If not Monday...

Well, Looks like my CA tricked me! My car got to the dealer yesterday! She is finally here breathing AZ air!!
Went to the dealer today to see what she looked like, and she was pretty dirty. They definitely did not clean the car since I dropped it off in Munich--same dirt stains, mud, etc for 7 weeks. I though customs would require a steam clean or something like that but nope.

Damage Report: Curbed wheel was NOT fixed by VPC so dealer now has to do it. Got a 1" X 3" scrap underneath the left front bumper, where I though it would happen: off loading the car from the ship ramps without wheel spacers! Rear looked OK.
Then confirmed that I have 4 holes in my front bumper from the US bracket and the Euro Plate install. I don't want the front plate installed, so not sure what to do here. Dealer wants $250 to fill, sand, and repaint area. (Seems steep, what would you guys do?)

Now just waiting for the 3M film and tint install, then I can finally get her home; hopefully Monday. So nice to see that it survived that POS!

Just thought I'd update the team.
GO TEAM Hyundai #106!!

Congrats! Monday will be here before you know it.

I wonder why it spent the extra week at VPC if they didn't so much as wash it, and it's still damaged.

Don't know about AZ, but I think they're pretty strict about front plates here so I just let them mount it.

Congrats. Good to hear yours made it home almost safely. I guess they are saving the best for last lol hehe =P. I'm still at vpc supposedly. Hopefully, this should be a different story by next weekend(crosses fingers). I rather have either no plates or euro plates. If the holes are there from the ED trip already i'd just leave it, but that's just me hehe. I do love the no plate look though. I'm so indecisive. hehe
