It's all good.
Too many variables on the drag strip however to compare. It's the rolling runs that have a lot less variables and showcase a car's power most. I think the JB2 and PROcede v1.47 make nearly identical mid-high rpm hp. The PROcede has more torque down low, and two manual equipped cars with each tune doing rolling runs in say 3rd gear at 1500 rpm starts would showcase the PROcede's extra low end torque due to it's extra boost and pull on the JB2 at the low rpms without much issue I'm sure. But since the PROcede's boost tapers off at high rpms and pulls timing a bit, the JB2 seems to make very similiar HP numbers above 4000 rpms which is why the cars pretty much run side by side when doing rolling runs starting at 4000 rpms or so. v2 PROcede clearly and easily pulls on v1.47 equipped cars in the couple we've seen so far (2-3 car lengths) from like 30-120 mph. What needs to happen is a couple PROcede cars (v2.0 and v1.47) along with a couple JB cars to meet up for rolling runs. But these cars all pretty much need to be STOCK with the exception of the tunes (and maybe wheels/tires which don't due much on rolling runs unless they are significantly lighter than stock...like those 17 lbs Kosei's). |

I know. I don't know why magazine companies do that. We'll get the December issue in the mail in the next couple days and it's not even November yet??? Why not send out the December issue near the end of November, and the November issue near the end of October?? |
