Sorry if this has been over before.

I have searched but not come up with anything spicifically helpful.

Im looking to lower my 335i. Most springs lowering amount is measured from stock SE ride height so essentially a 35mm/25mm drop on an M-Sport suspension will effectively be only a 20mm/10mm drop.

Is there any lowering springs that will get the car sitting right (ie tyres inline with arches etc)

Im not a brand whore with things like this as high tensile coiled metal is pretty much all the same as long as its TU approved. So dont mind if there are any unusual brands mentioned as long as they are tried and tested.

H&r sport springs. Yr tyres will be just in line with the fender both back and front

They all the same. They classify their springs buy yr car model and engine size. From they they then offer 2 options...sport and race! Sport is low...race is mega low. Get the sport as race to too low and too harsh.

Sorry to hijack but how much should a garage charge to fit springs? I was quoted £300!

300 is taking the piss. I changed my ex girlfriends z4 si springs in just over an hour.

I thought that was taking the piss to be honest quoted 400 for fitting coilovers
