i thought i remember the app working on my iPhone 4s but now on the 5s with iOS 7.1.1 it does not seem to work?

whenever i try to login, it says i am locked out, i even had bmw assist reset my password for the app but didn't help

also, there seems to be two versions of the app on the iPhone, one "bmw remote" and another "bmw remote us"... i tried both and neither work for me, which one should canadian cars use?
