WTB: E90 black leatherette split folding rear seats

I have a 2008 335i with a black leatherette interior and I'm looking to replace the non-folding rear seats with 60/40 split folding seats. There's a DIY thread here on E90Post that describes how. I can buy the hardware and cables from a dealer, but I need the seats themselves. Please send me a private message if you have any in good condition you would like to sell. I'm also open to a trade plus cash for my non-folding seats.
