Cancelling Back Order Parts (BMW)

Hi,

If you've ordered a back order / special part from BMW, are you able to cancel it..... If it hasn't been delivered yet?

I seem to remember reading somewhere you can't cancel these parts or am I talking out of my arse!?

I'm sure you're right mate,but if you've not got a positive answer by tomorrow I'll ask my parts manager.

Did you order them in person or not?

I'm know that distance selling regulations act allows you to change your mind for almost any reason.

Maybe a custom order might be exempt though.

I ordered it over the phone, last Wednesday. They didn't say it was actually a special order.... just that Uk & Germany are showing zero in stock.
