Headache with tyreleader
So 3 weeks ago I ordered some Goodyear F1 AS2 from tyreleader. They arrived a week later, I signed for them didn't pay much attention chucked them in my car and went down to my local tyre place to have them fitted.
Whilst I was waiting for the fitter to become free, I took a closer look at the tyres and realized I had been sent some GY AS1 and not the AS2. I emailed them straightaway and they admitted it was there fault the next day. Since then they said they would collect the tyres and refund me ASAP. Its been 2 weeks since then and I am still waiting for them to collect the tyres! There customer support guy 'Oliver' is such an idiot!

I've not dealt with them, but will next month. I've heard that they're good, unless you have a drama at which point their customer service is rubbish.
Hope you get sorted soon. Do they have phone numbers?

No contact numbers whatsoever. It's all via email which isn't helping things.
Next time I'm going to use oponeo or tyreuniverse!

Did you pay with a credit card or Paypal? Might be worth contacting them and raising a claim.
When I ordered mine I was lucky enough that the DPD driver arrived 15 minutes early (apparently they can't release the order till the time confirmed by email) so I got to give each set a thorough going over.

its the second time I used them. first time no issues. I did read online on other sites that their customer services is absolutely awful.
I did pay with credit card and have been in touch with my card company and they are going to send some documents out for me to complete! |
