Diffuser removal help

As topic stated,

I have read some threads on this bt none were clear enuff...
I tried removing my cf diffuser to try on a new one ... ( was installed by someone else and I can't get it off)

I got all bolts out.
Just having trouble unpluggin the pins/tabs

Do I have to:

A) go under the diffuser and push the tabs out really hard? Upwards /downwards? (They don't budge)
B) just pull bloody hard on the whole diffuser? (As some other thread said to do so , bt I hear cracking noises which can't be good ..lol)
C) take the bumper totally off ....

I'm lost. The dam diffuser pins won't let loose =[
Cheers

This is my current diffuser which I'm trying to take off

i believe it's pushing upwards and i use a flathead screw in between the bumper and diffuser tab and push the diffuser out. I do all of this under the car. I get lock jaw from doing this shit.

Careful pushing them out with force, especially with a carbon fiber/fiberglass diffuser. I have cracked mine doing so.

So you actually push the tabs from inside the diffuser up?
