Those are off a E39 M5. They're 18x8's +20 for the front and 18x9.5's +22 in the rear. The hub bore for E39's are 74.1 and ours are 72.6.
Not worth $1100 IMO either.

Just purchased these and had them installed March 2013. These fit non-M 2003-2008 BMW Z4s, but may also fit other BMWs and even GM and Ford cars with 5-120 bolt pattern. This is a staggered set 8.5" front, 9.5" rear. Wheels are in like new condition and tires have minimal wear and very low mileage. Tires have no punctures and have never been patched or plugged. Only reason for selling is I'm selling the car.
Wheel/tires have NO TPMS sensors as BMW used rotation sensors to monitor the tires. You can mount these, but you will always have the TPMS light on. Or, install sensors. http://www.apexraceparts.com Front Specs Wheels: APEX EC-7 18x8.5" 5-120 ET35 Satin Black Tires: Michelin Pilot Super Sport 225/40/18 Rear Specs Wheels: APEX EC-7 18x9.5" 5-120 ET43 Satin Black Tires: Michelin Pilot Super Sport 255/35/18 WILL THESE FIT? |

Yes, easily. No need of any kinda modifications and you can even add 10mm rear spacer and still it fits without any modifications.

OP - Those tire sizes can work depending on the wheel sizing you have. Some fender mods may be required though, if your specs are too aggressive.
