E90 fitament/ tire sizing

I am currently running type 162 (Front: 18x8J ET34 225/40 ) (Rear: 18x8.5J ET37 255/35 ).

On a Pre-Lci E90 325i non sports package (Stock suspension not lowered)

Im looking at moving to (Front: 18x8.5 ET45) (Rear: 18x9.5 ET50) Replica CSL wheels.

Tires would be Front:225/40/18 Rear:245/35/18- 255/30/18

Would this new setup fit well?
I dont want any rubbing and dont want to use chamber or roll fendors.

What size tires for rears?

Thanks

Well those wheels are really sunken in, basically like your stock setup and front is 5mm more retracted compared to stock. I would skip those and go with the basic vendor recommended setup. No modifications or anything else needed with these.

18x8.5 et35 235/40/18 or 225/40/18 front.
18x9.5 et35 265/35/18 or 255/35/18 rear.

Would look like this

If you really want to go with the specs you said then rear tyre either 255/35/18 or 265/35/18. You don't need to go with 245 wide and 255/30 is wrong aspect ratio.

On my 2008 pre-LCI 328i, with factory sport suspension, I have 18x8.5 ET25 (ET35 + 10mm spacer) with Michelin PSS 235/40ZR18 tires in the front, and 18x9.5 ET35 with Michelin PSS 275/35ZR18 tires in the rear. No fender roll and no rubbing, even on aggressive cornering with a passenger.
