It may fit an E90 but if it's only the mufflers it's not an E90 PE. An E90 PE comes with a midpipe to replace the resonators. If this is only the mufflers then it's an E92 or E93 PE.
And the clamps aren't cheap

The exhaust tips will stick out about an inch or two more than normal, so the e90 buyer will have to cut/trim the tips if he/she thinks it's too long. Also, the e92 PE setup doesn't include the x-pipe mid section since the e92 already has an x-pipe section on the stock exhaust. The e90 buyer would have to find the PE or e92 x-pipe section to weld onto the exhaust or buy universal x-pipe section (example: http://www.ebay.com/itm/UNIVERSAL-ST...2c9c4f&vxp=mtr) and have a shop weld it on the exhaust to replace to stock resonator.

I would recommend purchasing the e90 version unless you're friends with someone at a muffler shop that can do the cutting/welding for cheap. I'm not trying to thread crap on OP's thread. Just letting e90 owners know what they need to do in previous post if they purchase the e92 335i PE and want to get it to work on an e90 335i. GLWS OP.
