8000k Bulbs for E92/08M5

Has anyone here replaced their stock 4300k bulb with an aftermarket 8000k bulb? Any warning lights come on inside? I'm thinkin of doing this in my 08 M5 and just want to make sure its possible without warning lights going on... thanks guys!

As long as you get a direct D1S replacement bulb, it shouldn't be an issue. We've done this on several E90/E92s with no errors
