Interesting new JL Audio device
This new line driver from JL Audio looks like it would make a useful tool for some people. Couple of things come to mind right away like allowing you to use a non balanced input amp in your hifi system, or get an extra set of line level outputs for a powered sub.
http://www.jlaudio.com/cl-rlc-car-au...xpansion-98117 I guess it is not too new actually, but was new to me and I do a lot of looking around at stuff like this so thought others may be interested as well. Last edited by cdgatti; 06-14-2014 at 04:12 PM.. |

I had one of these to connect my sub amp to the stock headunit which I coded to hifi. It worked good for a while then stopped working and just made a lot of noise. Not really a fan of JL. Two channels on my xd600/6 crapped out on me last year and I still haven't got around to replacing it.

JL isn't a respected name. It's just a popular name. I won't run anything JL with all the better options out there.
