Need Remote Service To flash DME

Need someone to update my DME remotely. I have an aftermarket HU installed and relocated the OEM HU to the trunk. If anyone can do the update please let me know.

What exactly do you need done? The DME is under the hood and controls the engine...

the dealer suggested SIB 120912 for my fluctuating idle on cold starts and when im parking. they can't do the update since i have an aftermarket head unit and can't get past some of the modules (bluetooth)...

That's a new one for me. I don't know why the HU has anything to do with programming the DME. Unless they are trying to update the entire car...

They are probably right. Dealer would need expert mode enabled on ISTA/P to select just 1 module for update.

Winkfp will be fine for this.

Yup...been there twice...some modules are no longer part of the most loop so when the dealer checks for those modules they are not there and can't proceed...
