I am running GIAC's Stage II tune with the Alpina B3 trans flash. They work great together. I only use 'D' mode in the Winter. You'll find out and hate it at first but your car adapts a bit and so do you. 'DS' with paddles with summer tires. The rev matching is awesome and the shifts are quick and very smooth.

I also have Stage II Giac and the Alpina Flash, the run great together - I had Stage 1 on the car before I had the Alpina Flash, but don't see any reason it would not be a great combo also!
Like above I basically live in DS mode once i put the alpine flash on it - shifts are addictive!
