Delay~ what Can I DO?

Okay heres my story:

I order the car on Oct 4th the dealer told me that they can do something in their order system to get my car faster which will get here on the first week of Nov. Of course I was all happy. I've been calling the 1-800 number and my car dealer frequently for the stats.

Last week was the week that something went wrong... my dealer got transferred to another department, but I talked to him and he said that my car was finished in production and will be here on time (1st week of Nov). I called again the next day to make sure with the manager, the manager told me that my car dealer was new there and didn't know what he was talking about. However my car did not go in production yet! So the manager gave me a new production date, which is Oct 29th and the car will get here on the 15th of Nov.

I think he's BSing me because how can the car be here so Fast? 2 weeks from production date to delivery date? What should I do here? and What can I do now?

Thanks!

2 weeks at sea, minimum. You've been through this before, you should know.

with that said, mine docks today, it seems I'll be driving before you

Something's not right here...you said you've been tracking the original order via the 1-800 number, so whose or what order have you been tracking all this while then?

i've been tracking my own car. The right color/options with the right production #. the problem is that everyones car went to production less than a week after its ordered, but mine took 1 month, and the dealer said: " Your car has finished in production."

I don't understand either, I assume you've been tracking it religiously like most of us. So you'd know all the production steps, production date etc. Then whose order were you tracking then?

Maybe they sold your car for a higher price... and they are trying to pull a fast one on you. Recheck, you should've gotten a VIN too.
